Victor J. Krebs has been awarded two prizes for his book “Human Virtuality and Digital Life”

We are pleased to announce that Victor J. Krebs, deputy director of the CEF and professor in the Department of Humanities at PUCP, has been awarded TWO PRIZES for his book “Human Virtuality and Digital Life”, co-authored with Richard Frankel: the 2022 Gradiva®️ Award for “Best Book – Philosophical and Psychoanalytic Exploration” from the National Association for the Advancement of Psychoanalysis, and the 2023 Courage to Dream Book Prize awarded by the Committee on Psychoanalysis and the Academy of the American Psychoanalytic Association.

The National Association for the Advancement of Psychoanalysis annually awards the Gradiva®️ Award to recognize literary and artistic achievements that promote psychoanalysis and psychotherapy.

The Committee on Psychoanalysis and the Academy of the American Psychoanalytic Association awards the Courage to Dream Book Prize to researchers whose work promotes the integration of the academic and clinical worlds of psychoanalysis.
